All returns require prior written approval from Electromen Oy. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Returned products must:
● Be unused
● Be in original packaging
● Be returned within the agreed return period
Custom-made, configured, or modified products are not returnable.
Unless otherwise agreed:
● Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
● The customer is responsible for safe packaging and transport
To request a return:
1. Contact sales@electromen.com
2. Provide order number, product details, and reason for return
3. Await RMA confirmation before shipping
