These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of products by Electromen Oy (“Seller”) via the website www.electromen.com.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, these Terms and Conditions apply to business customers (B2B). Consumer sales are subject to mandatory consumer protection legislation, which may override certain clauses herein.

Return instructions must be requested in advance.

For business customers:
● Returns are accepted only with prior written approval
● Returned products must be unused and in original packaging
● Return shipping and handling costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed
● Refunds apply to the value of the goods only. Delivery, shipping, and related costs are non-refundable
● Complaints regarding defects must be made in writing without undue delay after discovery.
