At Electromen, reliability is reflected in both our products and the way we work with others. We aim to act honestly, responsibly and openly in our relationships with employees, customers and business partners. Identifying and addressing concerns is part of this commitment.
Electromen is part of the Dacke Industri Group and uses the Group’s shared whistleblowing service. The service helps bring suspected serious misconduct to light so that concerns can be addressed as early as possible.
The whistleblowing service is intended for reporting suspected serious misconduct involving actions that conflict with the Group’s values or Code of Conduct and may significantly affect the organisation or a person’s life or health.
We encourage you to raise concerns with your manager or Electromen’s management in the first instance. If you feel unable to share your concerns openly, you can submit a report anonymously through the Group’s reporting channel. You do not need to have proof of your suspicions, but reports must be made in good faith.
The reporting channel is provided by an external service provider, WhistleB. It enables anonymous reporting, and communication is encrypted and password-protected. Reports are handled confidentially in accordance with the procedures established by Dacke Industri.
Visit Dacke Industri’s website for further information about the Group’s Code of Conduct and whistleblowing service. You can also access the reporting channel from the same page.
