EM-296C is a four-quadrant DC motor speed controller based on the PWM control principle, providing high efficiency and smooth motor operation. The controller is designed specifically for precise speed control applications.
The motor RPM is regulated against supply voltage changes, and the built-in RxI load compensation improves stability especially at low RPM. The adjustable current limit can either limit motor torque or shut down the motor for protection.
The controller includes auxiliary inputs and outputs for flexible system integration:

Settings can be configured using the EM-236 interface unit or the EM-328 PC dongle together with EmenTool Lite software. The EM-236 connects to the red on-board connector of the device.
Output pin 11 configuration and Output-1 behavior are adjustable via parameters.
