EM-M24 is an isolated signal-conditioning amplifier for industrial automation applications. It provides galvanic isolation between the input, output and supply circuits while converting or scaling standard voltage and current signals.
The input and output ranges can be selected independently using DIP switches. Both unipolar and bipolar signal ranges are supported, allowing the module to be adapted to different sensors, controllers and automation-system inputs.

The signal ranges are selected using DIP switches. The input and output ranges can be configured independently, allowing the signal level to be adapted to the connected equipment.
Two input-filtering alternatives can be selected. Filtering can be used to reduce unwanted high-frequency noise or to provide a faster response when processing dynamic signals.
Separate zero and gain adjustments are provided. Each adjustment has an effective range of ±15% of the selected signal range.
The adjustments are designed to operate independently, allowing the zero and full-scale points to be calibrated without significant interaction between the settings.
The input, output and supply circuits are galvanically isolated from one another. This helps prevent ground-loop currents and unwanted electrical coupling between different parts of the automation system.
The amplifier output is protected against short circuits. The supply input is protected against incorrect polarity.
